Manage store information in 52ViKING Store Management
This topic is primarily for administrators and other people who manage a Fiftytwo solution
You may need to have particular user rights in order to use this functionality. Ask your Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.
To manage information about your store in 52ViKING Store Management, do the following:

Open 52ViKING Store Management in a browser, connect to the IP address or hostname of the required 52ViKING store service, and log in.

Navigate to store information:

the menu in the left part of the page

Select Store main information

You can view and edit information in these sections:
Information
-
Store number: Number that represents the store in your organization. Also known as Store ID.

Customer ID: Unique code that represents the company that the store belongs to. Maximum four characters. Ask your Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.

Prefix for store: Some organizations use prefixes on store numbers, so that they're able to sort them based on, for example, geographical regions or physical stores/webshops. Ask your Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.
Example: With a store number of 678 and a prefix of 1, the organization would treat the store as 1678, where the prefix indicates a particular type of store.
Master data

Name: Name of the store.

Address 1: Street address of the store.

Address 2: Optional additional address information.

Zip code: Postcode.

Address 3: City information. Typically associated with the postcode, for example 21234 Hamburg.

Country code: Country code (for example 0049 or +49 for Germany) for use with international phone calls to the store's phone number.

Telephone: Phone number of the store. May include region code, but note that country code is specified separately.

Fax: Fax number of the store. Fax, also known as telefax, is the a method of telephonic transmission of scanned material, such as print, images, etc.

Email: E-mail address of the store.
Company info reports
Three pieces of information (Line 1, Line 2, and Line 3) for use in company reporting about the store. Use may vary across organizations. Ask your supervisor or Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.
Miscellaneous

SE number: VAT number.

Giro number: Giro account number. Giro is a payment transfer method for moving money between accounts, typically initiated by the payer, rather that the payee.

Bank number: Bank account number. Used only for printing on invoices.

IBAN ID: IBAN number (International Bank Account Number, for making or receiving international payments). Used only for printing on invoices.

Swift ID: Swift code of company's bank. Swift is an international bank code for identifying a particular bank. It's also known as BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Used only for printing on invoices.

Internal store ID: The ID of the store in your organization's ERP system.

Locations ID: GPS latitude and longitude coordinates of the store. This information is currently purely informational and has no impact on store functions.

Equipment: Some organizations use this information to signify if particular stores have equipment for performing particular services. Ask your Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.

Ownership: Store owner type, for example Franchise. In organizations where different types of owners exist, you can use ownership to filter stores.

Industry code: Optional numeric code that specifies the industry in which the store belongs, for example garden center or quick service restaurant.

Company: Optional reference to a text section for automatically inserting a default customer on sales and returns in the store. Text sections are typically maintained by Fiftytwo consultants. Ask your Fiftytwo administrator if you're in doubt.

If you have changed information about the store: Click
at the top of the page to save.
If you use enterprise distribution (where you've set up synchronization between your chain's enterprise service and your stores' store services for chain-wide management), and you use Store Management to access the enterprise service, you can view information about all of your chain's individual stores
