52API ARTICLE, commonly known as Article API, is a REST-based web API. It's typically used with retail systems like 52ViKING for:

  • Mobile price checkers

  • Prices for web or apps

  • Price updates and changes in real time

It provides features such as:

  • Push of all price changes per store to omnichannel controller

  • Article queries on master data and price in specific store

  • Free text article search

  • Discount families

  • Article hierarchies (drill-down search)

Article API is closely connected to Basket API.
